Chisholm Trail Technology Center is seeking a dedicated and passionate Cosmetology Instructor to help prepare students for successful careers in the beauty industry. Position Overview

As a Cosmetology Instructor, you will play a vital role in preparing the next generation of cosmetology professionals. In this position, you will provide engaging classroom instruction, supervise hands-on salon experiences, and mentor students as they develop the technical skills, professionalism, and confidence needed to succeed in the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide engaging classroom and salon floor instruction in cosmetology.
• Demonstrate and supervise hands-on cosmetology techniques.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain a safe, professional, and supportive learning environment.
• Prepare students for state licensure requirements and career readiness.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to support student success.

Qualifications

• Required: Valid Oklahoma Cosmetology License.
• Preferred: Current Oklahoma Cosmetology Master Instructor License.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in cosmetology and/or cosmetology instruction within the past five (5) years.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to student learning and professional development.
