Student Licensure Disclosure and Accreditors
Chisholm Trail Technology Center (CTTC) is accredited by the Oklahoma State Board of Education and the Oklahoma State Board of Career and Technology Education (OBCTE), the official accrediting body for technology centers across the state. OBCTE also authorizes our eligibility to offer Federal Financial Aid and ensures that our programs meet rigorous standards for instructional quality and post-secondary education. CTTC is also approved by the State Accrediting Agency for the Veteran’s Administration.
In accordance with 34 CFR §668.43(a)(5)(v) and (c) of the U.S. Department of Education, institutions participating in Title IV federal financial aid programs are required to disclose whether their educational programs meet the educational requirements for professional licensure or certification in each U.S. state and territory.
CTTC’s programs are designed to meet Oklahoma’s licensure and certification requirements. Graduates are eligible to apply for state licensure or professional certification, where applicable.
At this time, CTTC has not determined whether its programs meet licensure or certification requirements in any states or territories outside Oklahoma, including the District of Columbia.
*If you plan to pursue a licensure or certification outside Oklahoma, we recommend checking with the appropriate state licensing board before enrolling.
Current or prospective students wishing to review documents describing the institution’s accreditation, approval, or licensing should submit a written request to do so to the superintendent’s office. Documents will be made available to students for inspection within ten (10) working days of submission of the request.
